Nicholas Is Home!

Jeff and I went last night about 8 o'clock to pick up Nicholas from the NICU It was so exciting to be bring Nicholas home. 

Nicholas came home weighing 4 pounds 7 oz 
17 inches long.

Joshua and Luke were home waiting to welcome home there new Little brother. 

They were very excited and loved on him a lot.

Nicholas started bottle feeding all he's meals yesterday and gained 45 grams last night which makes him

 4 pounds 4 oz. 

The night before he gained 60 grams. He went from 4 pound 1 oz to 4 pounds 3 oz. 

Today were taking the car seat in so he can have the car seat test. Right now were on a day by day up date and if he keeps progressing the way he has with bottle feeding. 

My guess is he will be home some time next week.

UPDATE !!

Nicholas is 4 pounds 1 oz. He is bottle feeding 2 meals then they feed him with a feeding tube on his next feeding and then they repeat this feeding schedule for now ,but in the next couple of days he will hopefully bottle feed every meal. This is huge for him. It takes everything he has to bottle feed. He some times falls asleep during his feeding.

He is looking more like Joshua everyday.

Auntie Joyce bought Nicholas this outfit that we all just love him in.

Nicholas is weighing in at 3 pounds 8 oz. He is 37 weeks and one day now

and he is 17 inches long now.

He is just so happy !

Easter Sunday 2012!

Here we are visiting Nicholas for Easter. It was so nice the boys got to see Nicholas out of his home for the first time.

Joshua's presents from Grandparents!

Birthday gifts!

Joshua got some money from Grandma and Grandpa Mc Grath for his birthday so we went shopping at Target and got a Light Saber and a storm trooper gun.

Joshua picked out his own gifts. He was very happy with his new toys.

Joshua also got a gift from Grandma and Grandpa Brand that came in the mail that was really exciting for him. He said that has my name on it.

Joshua was so excited to open his gift that he opened the card last.
